Tracy A. Wood
I am a licensed Arizona attorney, certified mediator, and certified life coach providing legal advising, divorce coaching, mediation, parent coordination, and document drafting and review services. Over the course of my career, I have served in a wide range of roles, including police officer, domestic violence victim advocate, family law attorney, public defender, and personal injury attorney. This diverse professional background gives me a comprehensive understanding of both the legal system and the real-life impact it has on individuals and families.
In addition to my legal and advocacy work, I bring a broad range of life experience that informs my approach to client support. I have served as a stay-at-home stepparent and worked in roles outside the legal field, including hospitality and international operations management. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds and to approach complex family dynamics with empathy and practicality.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, crisis response, and personal safety. Having worked extensively with families in crisis, survivors of domestic violence, and vulnerable community members, I understand the emotional, logistical, and safety concerns that often accompany legal matters. This perspective allows me to provide clients with informed, compassionate guidance while remaining focused on clarity, strategy, and practical solutions.
I am committed to ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate complex and often overwhelming legal processes. My goal is to provide thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered services that help individuals make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
Outside of my professional work, I am deeply committed to animal rights and welfare, including supporting ethical animal sanctuaries and advocacy efforts both in the United States and abroad.
